Founder
Like a lot of players, I fell in love with the game for that feeling you get when you pull off that one shot in a round that you KNOW a pro golfer would turn to you and say “nice shot!”. There is no other sport in the world that combines challenge, grind, connection, mental wellbeing, and physical health.
Following a move to the UK during Covid, I found it challenging to find new playing partners to share the game with, and believe there is a real gap in connecting golfers of all levels with others who love the game as much as we do. Coupling this with my passion for collecting things (Golf balls, Sports Cards, etc) - the idea of Skratchr was born.
I wanted to build something that celebrated golf's unique way of connecting people. Not as a corporate project, but from the passion to make golf more fun, social, and accessible for everyone. I’m here to build a community. A place where every golfer feels welcome, every round matters, and the future of the game is shaped by the people who play it.
